Four Steps To Heal Body And Mind | SEMINAR

In our modern world, we often suffer from mental or physical illnesses. Our body and mind are no longer in emotional balance.

Tibetan medicine bases on the conviction that negative emotions are the cause of every disease. The environment we live in and the way we lead our lives also have a direct impact on our state of health. This includes the mental attitude with which we relate to others, and of course, our diet, which plays an important role in the health of our body and mind.

Tulku Lobsang teaches us four steps to heal body and mind and speaks about the fundamental principles for staying in balance and not being thrown off course by problems.
